Please note: If you make a change to your delivery address after the customization window for an order, this will not alter the delivery address or cancel the order, and it will still be delivered to the old address. Please contact support if you need to change your address after the customization window has closed.
To change your address:
Step 1: Log into your Imperfect account.
Step 2: Click “Account Details” on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 4: Enter your new delivery address.
Step 4: Update your delivery notes.
Step 6: Click Update.
Note: If you input a new zip code, the delivery day and time will update automatically. You can use the drop-down menu next to the delivery time to view your delivery window options.
