How do I cancel my subscription?

We want an Imperfect box to fit easily into your life, which is why you can change or cancel service without penalty. There is no contract or sea of fine print to worry about. As long as you cancel before the end of the customization window for your upcoming order, you will not receive any further deliveries.

To cancel your subscription: 

Step 1: Log into your account. 

Step 2: Click "Manage Subscription" under the My Account menu

Step 3: Click "Cancel My Subscription"

Step 4: Click "Thanks for letting me know! But I'm still interested in canceling"

Step 5: Select the reason you are canceling.

Step 6: Click "Continue" 

Step 7: Let us know what we could've done to improve your experience with us.

Step 8: Click "Cancel Subscription" 

Once, you've canceled your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail from us. 

Note: If you cancel your subscription after the close of your customization window. We will still deliver and charge you for this last delivery.
