We want an Imperfect box to fit easily into your life, which is why you can change or cancel service without penalty. There is no contract or sea of fine print to worry about. As long as you cancel before the end of the customization window for your upcoming order, you will not receive any further deliveries.
- To cancel your subscription, log in to your account.
- Click the “Manage Subscription” tab on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click “Cancel My Subscription”
- Follow the steps provided and you're all set! Make sure to let us know why you're leaving so we can improve!
Note: If you cancel your subscription after the close of your customization window. We will still deliver and charge you for this last delivery.
