How do I cancel my subscription? Are there penalties?

We want an Imperfect box to fit easily into your life, which is why you can change or cancel service without penalty. There is no contract or sea of fine print to worry about. As long as you cancel before the end of the customization window for your upcoming order, you will not receive any further deliveries.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account.

 Go to “Manage Subscription”


Click on “Cancel My Subscription”


Follow the steps provided and you're all set! Make sure to let us know why you're leaving so we can improve :)
