Can you answer my questions online via chat?

Yes—we do offer chat! Chat is a great way to quickly get answers to any questions that you have about your Imperfect box from our awesome customer care team. You can access us on chat during the hours listed below. Please note that hours are subject to change.

  • Monday - Sunday: 8 am - 6 pm PST

If chat is available, you can click "Live Chat" to begin chatting with us or you can browse through our FAQ by typing a search word in the white box and click the magnifying glass to search. Don’t forget to stay online and on our website while chatting, as we will not have a way to follow up with you if you leave the chat before your question is answered.
