You can choose to have your box delivered every week or every other week. When you add a box during signup, you will be prompted to select order frequency. You can change the frequency (or type of box) after sign-up, by visiting the 'manage subscription' page once you have an account.
You can also skip up to five deliveries in advance–convenient for when you’re headed out of town or want to take a break. If you need to take a break longer than that, you can reach out to our support team for help! They can be easily reached by submitting a request here or by calling 510-595-6683.
