We know that things come up and that people take vacations, so we try to make skipping your box as easy as possible. As long as you skip your box before the end of the customization window for the order, there is no penalty for skipping and you will not be charged for this order.
To skip an upcoming box:
Step 1: Log into your account.
Step 2: Click 'Delivery Schedule' from the menu on the left-hand side.
If on mobile, click the white dropdown arrow and click 'Delivery Schedule'.
On this page, you'll see a schedule of your upcoming deliveries.
Step 3: Click "Skip" on the order you'd like to not receive.
Step 4: Click the pink "Skip" button on the confirmation pop up.
Make sure to double check that the date is correct!
Unfortunately, after your customization window closes you won’t be able to skip your box or receive a refund. Our warehouse team has already diligently and carefully packed it, and our delivery crew is loading it into our vans to bring it to your doorstep. If you still don't want your box, you have the option to donate it to a local food bank by contacting our support team. You will still be charged for the box, but the delivery fee will be waived.
