Need to skip a delivery but don't want to be without your ugly produce for three weeks?
We totally understand! We've made it simple to reset your delivery cadence if you receive a delivery every other week.
Step 1: Click on the “Manage Subscription” tab on the left-hand side of the page or on the drop-down menu if you're on a mobile device.
Step 2: Click the arrow next to the cadence your deliveries are currently on.
Step 3: Select the opposite cadence schedule.
- If you are currently on even weeks, select odd weeks.
- If you are currently on odd weeks, select even weeks.
Step 4: Click "Update"
Once you've updated your cadence please double check your Delivery Schedule to make sure it looks right.
Step 5: Click “Delivery Schedule” tab on the left-hand side of the page to review it.
