Please note: If you make a change to your delivery instructions after the customization window for an order, this will not alter the delivery instructions for that order. Please contact support if you need to change your instructions after the customization window has closed.
To change your delivery instructions:
Step 1: Log into your Imperfect account
Step 2: Click “Account Details” on the left-hand side of your screen
Step 4: Locate the Delivery Notes section and enter the changes
Step 5: Click Update
