Your account has a customization window, a period of time before each delivery that you can log into your account to customize your order. During this time you can:
- View the preloaded contents of your box
- View our full inventory of products available for you to add to your box
- Add and remove items
- Skip this delivery
- Edit your delivery information for this delivery
Your customization window is the same week to week but is dependent on your delivery location and day. You can find your customization window on the "My Account" page of your Imperfect account. For more details, click here.
