Your account has a customization window, a period of time before each delivery that you can log into your account to customize your order. During this time you can:
- View the preloaded contents of your box
- View our full inventory of products available for you to add to your box
- Add and remove items from your box
- Skip your box
Your customization window is the same week to week but is dependent on your delivery day. You can find your customization window on the "My Account" page of your Imperfect account or you can click here.
